熔盐法对红粉Y_2O_3:Eu^(3+)表面性能改进的探讨

摘要 采用熔盐法制备了Y2O3:Eu3+红色荧光粉,与传统的固相——助熔剂法制备的相应粉体在晶体的形貌和外表特征及对发光性能的影响等方面进行了比较和分析.实验测试了它们的相对亮度(设定测试中亮度最高之样品亮度为100)和色坐标及用SEM观察了晶体的表面形貌及外表特征.研究结果表明:熔盐法能有效改善荧光粉晶体的形貌和外表特征,制备出的荧光粉与助熔剂法相比,表面更光滑,分布更均匀,颗粒趋于近球形生长. We compared Red phosphor Y2O3:Eu^3+ prepared by molten-salt method with conventional solid state method to prepare those phosphor in luminescent properties and surface morphology.The experiment tested the relative luminance of two samples at different temperature(setting the highest relative luminance at 100 in this test),and using SEM,we observed the phosphor’s surface morphology and appearance characteristics.The study results show that the molten-salt methods can efficiently development phosphor’s surface morphology and property,at the same time the surface more smooth,the phosphor distribution more homogeneous and the particles growth as the shape of the nearly spherical.
