反相高效液相色谱法测定益气强身胶囊中人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rg_1的含量

Determination of ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rg_1 in Yiqi Qiangshen Jiaonang by RP-HPLC

目的建立RP-HPLC测定益气强身胶囊中人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rg1含量的方法。方法采用ThermoC18柱,以乙腈-水(19∶81)为流动相,检测波长:203 nm,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:26℃。结果人参皂苷Re在0.411 2～2.056μg与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均加样回收率为99.3%;人参皂苷Rg1在0.494 4～2.472μg与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,平均加样回收率为99.6%。结论本方法操作简便,方法可靠,结果准确、灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。

Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rg1 in Yiqi Qiangshen Jiaonang.Methods Thermo C18 column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（19∶81）.The detection wavelength was 203 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The linear range of Ginsenoside Re was within 0.411 2-2.056 μg,r=0.999 7,and the average recovery was 99.3%.The linear range of Ginsenoside Rg1 was within 0.494 4-2.472 μg,r=0.999 8,and the average recovery was 99.6%.Conclusion This method is repeatable,flexible and highly sensitive.It can be used for the quality control of Yiqi Qiangshen Jiaonang.
