超临界CO_2萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取陈皮挥发油的比较 被引量:11

摘要 目的对陈皮挥发油2种不同的提取方法提取的化学成分进行比较研究。方法用超临界CO2萃取法(SFE-CO2)和水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)对陈皮的挥发油进行提取,并运用GC-MS法分析了2种提取物中的挥发油化学成分。结果共鉴定出54个成分,SFE-CO2法所提取的成分被鉴定的有39个,水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油被鉴定的成分有24个,两者共有成分9个。结论 SFE-CO2与SD得到的成分仅有9种相同,而且相同成分在2种提取方法中含量也有不同,所以SFE-CO2方法不能完全替代SD法。 Objective To compare the chemical components of essential oil extracted by two extraction methods. Methods The chemical component of essential oil from tangerine peel was extracted by steam distillation extraction (SD) and super-critical fluid CO: extraction (SFE-CO2). The yield by the 2 methods was compared, and the chemical component in the oil was analyzed by GC-MS. Results Altogether 54 compounds were identified, 39 by SFE-CO2 and 24 by SD. Conclusion Nine main components of essential oil by the 2 methods are similar, and the rest are not, so SFE-CO2 can not replace SD completely.
