摘要
本文结合典型零件的数控仿真加工过程,介绍了VNUC数控虚拟仿真软的特点及应用方法。通过CAXA制造工程师软件生成零件NC加工程序,然后加载到VNUC的计算机虚拟数控机床中,模拟真实机床的操作与运动。这种仿真模式具有十分钟重要的意义。
This paper presents the simulation machining processing through typical instance and introduces the features and application methods of the numerical control virtual software VNUC.NC machining programs are generated in CAXA and then loaded into the virtual numerical control tool of VNUC.The operations and movements of the real machine tool are simulated.This simulation model has greater significance.
