2型糖尿病患者骨密度与胰岛素抵抗、脂联素的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、脂联素、骨密度进行分析,以探讨胰岛素抵抗、脂联素在糖尿病性骨质疏松发病中的作用。方法 42名老年2型糖尿病患者以及30名非糖尿病对照组均检测空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、脂联素、血钙、血磷,并计算BMI和HOMA-IR。结果观察组脂联素、HOMA-IR均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组与对照组比较,血钙降低,血磷无明显差异。与对照组比较,观察组各部位骨密度减低,差异有统计学意义。脂联素、HOMR-IR与BMD负相关;空腹血糖与BMD无明显相关性。结论胰岛素抵抗和脂联素做为2型糖尿病的重要因素,同时也参与了糖尿病性骨质疏松的发病。 Objective To investigate whether insulin resistance and adiponectin are associated with bone mineral density(BMD) in type 2 diabetes.Methods Fasting plasma glucose,insulin,serum calcium and serum phosphate were measured in 42 type 2 diabetes and 30 control group,body mass index(BMI) and HOMA-IR were determined.Results Serum adiponectin and HOMA-IR in type 2 diabetes were higher than that of the controls.Serum calcium in type 2 diabetes was lower than that of the controls.There was no significant differences about serum phosphate in all groups.The bone mineral density in type 2 diabetes was lower than those in control group.Serum adiponectin and HOMA-IR were negatively correlated with BMD.BMD was not associated with fasting plasma glucose.Conclusion Insulin resistance and adiponectin has a close relation with osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes.
