高等职业教育岗位能力训练的实践与研究——以宁波职业技术学院化工专业为例

The Practice and Research of Post Ability Training in High Vocational Education——Taking Department of Chemical Engineering in Ningbo Polytechnic for Example

紧紧围绕化工高职人才培养目标和学生个人成长需要,加强高职教育岗位能力训练与引导,确定清晰的工作思路和实施策略,在校企合作的基础上,以工学结合培养为手段,共同构建项目化课程体系,共同实施教学过程,形成校企互动的整体合力。

Tightly centering on the training goal of high vocational talents and the growing need of every student,we strenghthened post ability training and guidance of high vocational education,and defined clear working idea and practice strategy.On the base of school-enterprise cooperation,we used engineering cultivation as a means,co-constructured project curriculum system and co-executed teaching process,in order to form overall effort in school-enterprise interaction.
