新形势下高校工会高素质干部队伍建设的路径选择

Choice of path in constructing a high-quality group of labor union cadres in colleges and universities in the new situation

面对新形势下高校工会工作的性质和任务,高校工会要更好地发挥作用,就必须进一步解放思想,与时俱进,积极探索新形势下高素质的高校工会干部队伍建设的新途径、新方法,切实加强队伍的自身建设,努力建设一支适应新形势要求的、高素质的工会干部队伍,为高校的改革、建设、发展、稳定做出新的贡献。新形势下高校工会高素质干部队伍建设,应注重增强六种意识、提升六种素质和提高六种能力。

The labor union in colleges and universities,when faced with the nature and task of its work under new circumstances,should further liberate its mind,advance with the times and actively explore new approaches and methods of constructing per se a group of labor union cadres under such circumstances.Additionally,it is urgent to build a group of high-quality which adapts to the present situation,and to make new contributions to the reformation,construction,development and stability of a university.Such construction involves the reinforcement of awareness of six types,and promotion of six qualities and six abilities.
