The paper conducts a deep investigation and interview on a typical town which exports transferred rural labor force.Afterwards,it makes a questionnaire on the investigated subjects,collects specific data,and makes a statistical analysis on the statistics with EXCEL In this way,the paper illustrates the present situation of the human resources development of rural transferred labor force and its influencing factors.
