关于中国特色董事会制度的研究

Research on directors board system with Chinese characteristics

中国董事会制度具有自己的特点,要加强对建设有中国特色董事会制度的探索和研究,把握中国特色董事会制度的内涵,正确发挥好董事会在公司治理中的核心作用,提高中国企业核心竞争力。对当前中国董事会制度存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。

As the Chinese board of directors system has its own characteristics,the exploration of its construction shall be strengthened,its connotations grasped,and its key role in company management properly exerted so as to promote the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.This paper analyses the existent problems in directors board system in China and proposes certain countermeasures.
