试论提升高校毕业生就业竞争力途径

Research on the ways of promoting undergraduates' employment competitiveness

当前随着我国经济的回升向好,高校毕业生就业压力有所缓解。但随着毕业生人数的逐年增加,社会需求与毕业生素质的不匹配,高校毕业生就业形势仍十分严峻,已引起国家的高度关注和高校的高度重视。就高校毕业生就业竞争力的内涵、影响因素以及如何提升就业竞争力的有效途径作初步探讨。

Currently,with the increasing prosperity of our country＇s economy,undergraduates＇ employment pressure has been alleviated.However,due to the year-by-year increase in undergraduates＇ population and the dissonance between the social demand and undergraduates＇ quality,the situation of undergraduates＇ employment is still rather stern,which has aroused high concern in the state and high emphasis in colleges and universities.This paper tentatively explores the connotation of undergraduates＇ employment competitiveness,influencing factors,and effective channels to promote such competitiveness.
