摘要
培养学习者自主学习已经成为外语教学界的一个共识。在发展学习者自主性的过程中,教师不再是传统模式中的单一权威,角色发生了转型,开始多样化。教师要通过教师自主积极应对角色转型,促进学习者自主。
Fostering learners' autonomy has been a common sense in the field of foreign language teaching.In the process of promoting learners' autonomy,teachers' role has changed from the traditional authority to multiple roles of the facilitator,promoter,negotiator and mediator,etc.Teachers should through actively facing their role change,promote learners' autonomous learning.
