湖州市城乡社会保障体系建设的调查研究(2008-2009)

A Study of the Construction of Social Security System for Huzhou Urban and Rural Residents(2008-2009)

湖州市城乡社会保障体系建设20年来取得了较大成绩。由于户籍、体制、思想观念等综合因素的影响,当前湖州市城乡社会保障建设中的一些深层次矛盾和问题正在凸显。笔者认为,针对湖州市社会保障体系建设存在的矛盾和问题,要在把握城乡居民社会保障体系建设总体目标的基础上,寻找切实可行的突破口。

Huzhou has made great achievements in the construction of urban and rural social security system for 20 years.Due to the comprehensive factors,such as household registration,system and ideas and so on,at present,some deep contradictions and problems are prominent in the construction of urban and rural social security system in Huzhou.Aiming at the contradictions and problems existed in the construction of urban and rural social security system in Huzhou,to the author＇s opinion,what should be done is to do the work well on the basis of overall objectives and search for a kind of feasible breakthrough.
