摘要
汇率的波动对进出口贸易的影响一直备受关注。本文以陕西省为样本,对"汇改"后即2005年7月至2010年6月时间区间内人民币实际有效汇率与进口、出口总额的关系进行实证研究。根据实证分析结果,结合陕西省实际,提出政府、银行及外贸企业如何规避汇率波动带来的不利影响,促进陕西省进出口贸易健康发展的对策建议。
The impact of exchange rate fluctuation on import and export has always been the focus of attention.Sampling the case of Shaanxi,the paper makes an empirical research on the relationship between RMB REER fluctuation and import and export volume in time interval from July,2005 to June,2010.Based on the result of research and the features of Shaanxi economy,the paper brings the suggestion to help government,banks,and foreign enterprises hedge against negative impact from exchange rate fluctuation so as to advance healthy development of foreign trade in Shaanxi Province.
