摘要 针对旋转轴动态扭矩测试中存在的空间狭小、安装困难等问题,提出差动式圆容栅扭矩测试方法。将两对容栅安装在旋转轴上,利用容栅差动电容周期性的变化规律及其相位差,就可实现动态扭矩测试。实测结果表明:通过科学合理地设计容栅结构,不需要通过导电滑环、无线通信和无线电源,就可以实时、精确地实现旋转轴扭矩的非接触式测量。这种测试方法为旋转部件的扭矩测试提供了一种新的技术途径,还可推广应用于动力轴的转速、位移以及功率测试中。 Aiming at the problems such as narrow space,installation difficulty and so on existed in dynamic torque testing of rotating shaft,a torque testing method based on differential rounded capacitive bars was presented.Two capacitive bars were attached to a rotating shaft.By means of the cyclic variation of a pair of differential capacitance and phase difference,torque measurement could be achieved.Experimental results showed that real-time and accurate non-contact measurement of the dynamic torque could be realized through scientific and reasonable capacitive bars structure design,without slip ring,wireless communication or wireless power needed.This technology provided a new idea to test the torque of rotating shaft.It could also be applied to test the rotation speed,displacement and power of line shaft.
