对甲酚液相催化氧化制备对羟基苯甲醛的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究非均相催化氧化制备对羟基苯甲醛,以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用浸渍法,制备了Co/Cu/γ-Al2O3催化剂,以对甲酚为原料合成了对羟基苯甲醛,研究了各种反应参数对催化剂活性的影响,并对催化剂进行了TPR(程序升温还原)表征,对产品进行了IR表征。结果表明:400℃焙烧的催化剂由于其更容易发生Co3+→Co2+的还原,其催化活性最好,反应时间10h,65℃,催化剂用量为对甲酚用量的3%-4%,氢氧化钠∶对甲酚比为3∶1(摩尔比)时对羟基苯甲醛的最高收率为45%。 In order to prepare p-hydroxybenzaldehyde by heterogeneous catalytic oxidation of p-cresol,catalyst of Co/Cu/γ-Al2O3 was prepared by impregnation with carrier γ-Al2O3,p-cresol was synthesized from p-hydroxybenzaldehyde.The effect of various reaction parameters on catalytic activity was discussed.The catalyst was characterized by TPR and the product was characterized by IR.It was found that when the catalyst calcined at 400 ℃ the catalytic activity was the best due to Co3+ → Co2+ reduction more easily occurs.Under suitable conditions(catalyst/p-cresol=3%-4%,NaOH/p-cresol =3/1,temperature=65 ℃)the highest yield of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde reached 45% in 10 h.
