同期经尿道前列腺汽化术联合无张力疝修补术46例报道

Combined transurethral prostatectomy and tension -free inguinal hernia repair performed by two department simultaneously： A report of 46 cases

目的 分析同期经尿道前列腺汽化术联合无张力疝修补术的安全性和有效性.方法 总结我院2005年至2009年46例同期经尿道前列腺汽化术联合无张力疝修补术病例.均证实前列腺不同程度的增大,术前均有排尿困难症状.均患有可复性疝,无嵌顿疝.手术均由我科及泌尿外科共同完成.我科分别采用网塞修补、平片修补、Kugel修补、TEP修补;泌尿外科分别采用TUVP术及PKRP术.结果 随访3～22个月,无一例疝复发,患者排尿通畅.结论 两科联合施行同期经尿道前列腺汽化术联合无张力疝修补术,手术时间较独立手术时间不延长,联合手术具有可行性.

Objective To analyze the efficacy and bene tifits of combining prostatic resection and mesh - based tension - free inguinal hernia repair by two departments together. Methods Forty - six cases were concluded,which underwent simultaneous transurethral prostatectomy and mesh -based tension -free inguinal hernia repair, from 2005 to 2009 in our hospital. All cases were confirmed of varying degrees of BPH and preoperative dysuria, and with reversible and non - incarcerated hernia. All cases were operated by both Dept. Urology and us simultaneously. TUVP and PKRP were performed by Dept. Urology, Mesh - plug, Lichtenstein, Kugel and TEP were performed by us separately. Result All cases were followed up of 3 -22 months,all were voiding,with no recurrence of hernia. Conclusion Compared with separated operations, the operation time were not prolonged when combining prostatic resection and mesh - based tension - free inguinal hernia repair by two departments together. And two departments can improve the operation separately to make the operation effective and safe.
