关节部海绵状血管瘤致关节疼痛诊治分析

Diagnosis and treatment of joint pain caused by intramuscular cavernous hemangioma

目的 探讨关节部海绵状血管瘤误诊的原因,提出正确诊断与合理治疗的措施,降低误诊误治率.方法 回顾性分析32例因关节疼痛而误诊为其他疾病的海绵状血管瘤患者,提出相关鉴别诊断,分析误诊原因.结果 32例误诊患者经确诊后接受良好手术治疗,均达到临床治愈,随访1～3年,无复发病例.结论 关节部海绵状血管瘤发生关节疼痛病例较为常见,应采取正确的诊断治疗措施,手术治疗是治愈关节部海绵状血管瘤的有效方法.

Objective To examine the misdiagnosis of joint intramuscular cavernous hemangioma. Methods Clinical data about 32 patients with cavernous hemangioma who presented with joint pain and were misdiagnosed as other diseases were retrospectively analyzed. Relevant differential diagnosis was proposed,and the causes for misdiagnosis analyzed. Results All the 32 misdiagnosed patients were confirmed as cavernous hemangemoa, underwent surgical treatment, achieved clinical cure. No recurrence developed during the follow - up of 1 to 3 years. Conclusion Joint pain caused by articular cavernous hemangioma is very common. Proper measures of diagnosis and treatment should be taken. Surgical treatment is an effective way to cure joint cavernous hemangioma.
