辽宁省农业可持续发展定量评价

On the Sustainable Agricultural Development of Liaoning Province

采用水平指数、发展指数和协调指数分析辽宁省可持续农业及其各子系统发展的发展水平、发展能力和发展协调度,以综合性评价辽宁省农业发展的可持续程度,分析其发展的影响因素。结果表明,1996～2005年,辽宁省农业经济发展速度较快,农村社会稳步持续发展,可持续农业发展水平不断提高,整个系统的发展表现出一定的持续性。但辽宁省可持续农业发展过程中农村生态环境建设速度非常缓慢、系统发展的有序性差和系统内不协调性的增强,这将会对辽宁省农业可持续发展带来不利影响,应及时调整发展方向,以实现辽宁省农业长期稳定快速的可持续发展。

Level index,development index and coordination index are applied to analyzing the level,capacity and coordination of the Liaoning sustainable agricultural development to make a comprehensive evaluation of the extent to which the Liaoning agriculture can develop sustainably and the factors affecting the development.The results show the Liaoning agriculture developed rapidly in economy,progressed stably and continuously in rural society,improved continuously in agricultural sustainable development and revealed certain continuity as a whole system,from 1996 to 2005.Nevertheless,problems still exist in the process of the development,such as the too slow rural eco-environment building,the failure in orderly system development and the increasing discordance inside the system.All this will produce negative effects on the sustainable agricultural development of Liaoning Province.Therefore,it is suggested that the development direction should be readjusted so that the Liaoning agriculture can realize a long-term,stable and rapid development.
