摘要
高等学校思想道德修养与法律基础课师资队伍建设中存在着师资力量不足,梯队建设不完善;面临挑战增多,教师综合素质亟待提高;制度建设落后,激励机制不完善;政策待遇落实不到位,教师产生职业倦怠等主要问题。师资队伍建设创新思路应该优化师资结构,专兼职相结合优势互补是师资队伍建设创新的基础;贯彻科学发展观,切实提升教师综合素质是师资队伍建设创新的核心;加强师德建设,增强职业荣誉感是师资队伍建设创新的关键;建立与时俱进的教师管理运行机制和激励机制是师资队伍建设创新的重要保证。
Major problems exist in building the ranks of teachers of Ideological and Moral Accomplishment and Legal Basis.For example,there is so severe a shortage of qualified teachers that the orderly system of succession cannot come up to perfection;challenges to meet are so increasing that teachers' comprehensive quality urgently needs to be improved;the incentive mechanism is so imperfect that it shows our system building has lagged;and some teachers have produced occupational languidness because the favored treatments they should have the right to enjoy according to policy cannot be carried out.In order to strengthen the teaching ranks building,it is suggested that the structure of the teaching ranks be optimized in the way with which full-time teachers combine with part-time ones to supplement each other with each other's advantage;the View of Scientific Development be carried out by really improving teachers' comprehensive quality,which is viewed as the core of innovating the teaching ranks building;the teacher's morality building be strengthened by strengthening teacher's sense of professional honor,which is considered as key to innovating the teaching ranks building;and the operating and incentive mechanisms of teacher administration that progress with the times be established,which is regarded as an important guarantee of innovating the teaching ranks building.
