高等学校“学生党员进新生寝室活动”探索

On the Activity of College Student Party Members Visiting Freshmen Dormitories

"学生党员进新生寝室活动"是高等学校选拔高年级的学生党员,走进新生寝室,与新生进行面对面的交流,帮助新生尽快转变角色,更好地适应大学生活;培养学生党员的综合素质,更好地发挥先锋模范作用;使各个学院更好地了解新生信息,有针对性地加强对大学新生的教育和引导;有利于加强学生党员队伍的建设,提高学生党员的影响力。活动的主要举措包括加强学校党委领导,重视支持活动的各项内容;制定活动的标准和规范,推动活动的有序化、固定化及常态化;定期对学生党员进行培训,加强学生党员之间的沟通和交流;坚持以学生为中心,积极探索活动的新途径和新方法。

Currently,in some domestic colleges and universities,student Party members in the third and fourth year are encouraged to communicate with freshmen face to face so as to help them shift from a high school student to a college student and adapt to college life.This activity is hoped to cultivate the comprehensive quality of the student Party members,and encourage them better serve the people.Besides,the activity is believed to be helpful to the university management to better know and educate freshmen.The activity is propitious to strengthening the Party member ranks building,improving the influence of Party members on common people,and attracting excellent students to join the Party.
