The software major in higher vocational colleges must introduce various roles in software development into teaching through major reform of project teaching and to establish teacher-student development teams by full use of existing resources in colleges to make real project development.This paper presents the establishing scheme for teach-student development teams and makes analysis and evaluation on the scheme,pointing out its advantages and problems faced.
