摘要
目的观察急性心肌梗死患者血清中的同型半胱氨酸、载脂蛋白A1、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平及三者之间的关系。方法收集2010年6-8月份急性心梗住院患者60例为观察组,同期健康成人51例为对照组。入选对象在入院后就对其抽血进行同型半胱氨酸、载脂蛋白A1、高密度脂蛋白水平的测定,并进行统计分析。结果观察组同型半胱氨酸、载脂蛋白A1、高密度脂蛋白的水平和正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义,观察组的血清同型半胱氨酸较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),而高密度脂蛋白和载脂蛋白A1较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),且同型半胱氨酸和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇之间呈负相关关系(r=-0.824,P<0.01)。结论同型半胱氨酸在动脉粥样硬化的形成中具有重要作用,其与高密度脂蛋白的负相关关系可能是其参与动脉粥样硬化的形成机制之一。
Objective To observe the plasma levels of homocysteine (Hcy),apolipoprotein A-I(apoA-I)and high density lipoproteins cholesterol(HDL-C) in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and to explore the relationship among Hcy, HDL-C,apoA-I and acute myocardial infarction. Methods Sixty acute myocardial infarction inpatients in observation group were enrolled to determine the plasma levels of Hcy,apoA-I,and HDL-C,and the correlation among them was statistically analyzed.Simultaneously,51 healthy adults were served as control group. Results There were statistically significant differences in the plasma levels of Hcy,apoA-I,and HDL-C between observation group and healthy control group.The plasma level of Hcy in observation group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group(P〈0.01),whereas the plasma levels of HDL-C and apoA-I were significantly lower than those in healthy control group(P〈0.01).Moreover,the plasma level of Hcy was negatively correlated with the HDL-C level(r=-0.824,P〈0.01). Conclusions Homocysteine plays an importance role during the stage of acute myocardial infarction.The negative correlation between Hcy and HDL-C may be one of the mechanisms linking homocysteine to atherosclerosis.
