摘要
新加坡中央公积金制度是养老金个人账户制度中集中管理、集中投资的典型,但同时也不断放宽投资政策,允许其成员进行多元化的积极投资。本文通过梳理、分析新加坡中央公积金集中投资、积极投资的发展及其问题,总结出对中国养老金制度改革和养老基金管理有益的启示。
Singapore Central Provident Fund System is the typical model of central management and central investment in individual account pension systems.Howeve r,it also relaxes the investment policies gradually,permitting participants to make diversified and positive investment.This paper will comb and analyse the development and issues of central investment and positive investment of Singapor e Central Provident Fund.Then it will conclude some useful revelations to China ＇s pension system reform and pension fund management.
