摘要
以市场常用的5种不同原料的拖把为研究对象,介绍了拖把的掉毛量、吸水速度、干拉张力和湿拉张力等性能的测试方法并进行了测试,实验结果显示采用经过亲水性处理的涤纶和涤纶超细纤维的拖把以上各个性能要优于普通涤纶、棉纤维以及涤纶/粘胶/棉混纺纱的拖把,这为高附加值拖把产品的开发指明了方向,有利于增加我国纺织品在这一领域的国际竞争力.
With mops as an example,raw materials and processing flow of clean textiles were introduced.Five different raw materials of mops were chosen and were investigated on the amount of their linting,water absorption,dehydration rate,dry and wet pull tension,etc.Comparative analysis was also carried on.The results showed that the above properties of the mop made form the ultra-fine fibers were better than others'.So,in the process of the advanced clean textiles,the ultra-fine fibers should be used widely.
