摘要
科技人力资源与区域创新能力是各区域发展的根本要素.区域创新能力与科技人力资源密度密切相关.通过对科技人力资源密度和区域创新能力的实证分析,研究两者之间的切实关系.并在分析两者关系的基础之上对各区域创新能力和人力资源分布状况进行客观的比较,从中发现一些问题.并针对这些问题提出一些合理的建议,以为区域提高其创新能力提供一些借鉴.
Scientific manpower resources and regional innovative capacity is the fundamental elements of regional development.The regional innovative capacity and the scientific manpower resources density are closely related.Through the empirical analysis of the scientific manpower resources density and innovation ability their relationship was researched.And on the basis of the analysis,and objectively compareing the scientific manpower resources density and innovation ability in different regions,the paper presents some problems and put forward some reasonable suggestions to these problems,so as to improve the regional innovative ability,and provide some references.
