随着高校招生人数的不断增加,高校图书信息资源相对短缺的现象日益突出,现行图书馆的管理和服务体制越来越不适应广大师生对图书信息资源的需要。文章就高校图书信息资源共享的制约因素进行了分析和探讨,并对如何实现图书信息资源共享提出了几点建设性的建议。

With the increasing college enrollment,shortage of University Library information resources have become increasingly prominent relatively,the current library management and service system cannot satisfy teachers＇ and students＇ needs of Library information resources.The article makes an analysis and a discussion on University Library Information Resources constraints and makes several constructive suggestions on how to achieve sharing of information resources.
