摘要
目的探讨破裂后交通动脉瘤(PComA)致动眼神经麻痹(OMNP)血管内治疗疗效。方法对9例伴有动眼神经麻痹的后交通动脉瘤患者的治疗方式及神经功能恢复关系进行回顾性分析。结果治疗后动眼神经动眼神经功能完全恢复7例,部分恢复2例。恢复程度与治疗时机密切相关。结论血管内治疗破裂后交通动脉瘤能更快、更有效恢复动眼神经功能,具有安全、微创、并发症少的优点。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of endovascular management for oculomotor nerve palsy caused by ruptured aneurysm of posterior communicating artery.Methods Endovascular treatment was carried out in 9 patients with oculomotor nerve palsy due to ruptured aneurysm of posterior communicating artery.The relationship between the therapeutic ways and therapeutic results was retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the total 9 patients,complete recovery of oculomotor nerve palsy was achieved in 7 and partial recovery in 2.Conclusion Oculomotor nerve palsy caused by ruptured aneurysm of posterior communicating artery can be effectively treated by endovascular management,and the endovascular management with coils is a safe,mini-invasive and effective therapy with few complications.
