VEGF在下腔静脉隔膜型布-加综合征患者中异常表达的意义分析

Study the significance of VEGF abnormal expression in membranous obstruction with Budd-Chiari syndrome

目的探讨下腔静脉膜性阻塞型布-加综合征(Budd-Chiari syndrome,BCS)患者血管内皮损伤在隔膜形成过程中发挥的作用;方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测下腔静脉膜性阻塞(Membranous obstruction of inferior vena cava,MOVC)患者下腔静脉血液中VEGF的含量,并与非BCS对照组对比进行统计学分析;结果 MOVC患者下腔静脉血液中VEGF明显高于非BCS对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);结论血管内皮损伤是下腔静脉隔膜形成的激发因素之一。

Objective To investigate whether the vascular endothelial injury play an important role in the membranaceous formation of the IVC.Methods：Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to detect the serum concentration of VEGF in membranous obstruction of inferior vena cava（MOVC） patients and non-BCS patients as control group.And statistical analysis was done to compare results between two groups.Results：The serum concentrations of VEGF in MOVC patients was higher than that in the control group（p0.001）.Conclusions：Vascular endothelium injury is one of the factors of the formation of membrane.
