金属支架治疗幽门与十二指肠恶性狭窄的临床观察

Metal stent in treatment of pylorus and duodenal malignant stenosis

目的评价金属支架治疗十二指肠及幽门梗阻的临床效果。方法 8例晚期幽门与十二指肠恶性狭窄的患者,在C型臂X-光机引导下将金属支架置入狭窄或梗阻处。结果 8例支架一次置入成功,术后无呕吐、腹胀,近期有效率100%。结论支架置入治疗十二指肠及幽门狭窄或梗阻具有操作简便、创伤小等优点。

objective To evaluate the metal stents for treatment of pylorus and duodenal malignant stenosis.Methods Eight patients with advanced pylorus and duodenal malignant stenosis received stent placement guided by C arm X-ray machine.Results：Success was achieved in all cases at one time without vomiting or abdominal distension.Short-term efficiency was 100%.Conclusion：It is simple,minimally invasive of stent placement in treatment of pylorus and duodenal malignant stenosis.
