实施科技创新“六个一”工程 推进鄱阳湖生态经济区新型工业化

Implementing the Innovation of Scientific and Technological "Six Ones" Project Promoting the new Industrialization of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone

鄱阳湖生态经济区的八大产业布局规划中,九江发展的重点是炼油及化工产业基地。如何依靠科技进步推进鄱阳湖生态经济区新型工业化是当前需要研究的重要课题。基于此,本文结合科技工作职能,结合九江实际就如何避免和解决经济快速增长与生态环境保护之间的矛盾提出一些见解,以期为推进环鄱阳湖生态经济区新型工业化提供借鉴。

In the eight industrial layouts plan of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone,Jiujiang focuses on the development of refinery and chemical industry base.Relying on the technological progress,how to promote the new industrialization of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone,is the important issue to be studied at present.Based on this,combining with the functions of science and technology work,and the actual situation of Jiujiang,We put forward some proposals for reference,on resolving the confliction between the rapid economic growth and the environment protection,so as to promote the new industrialization of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.
