近年来高校科研机构的数量和规模迅速增长,为高校的科研、教学、人才培养等发挥着极为重要的作用。但是在发展的过程中也出现了一些问题和弊端.本文在分析目前高校科研机构普遍存在的问题的基础上,就如何改革和创新高校科研机构提出了针对性建议。

Recently,the number and scale of research institutes increase quikly,those play important roles for research、teaching、train men for profession,but,some problems and drawback arising while that is developing.This paper points out some reform and innovation opinions based on analysis the common problem in university research institutes.
