高校学生干部在学校日常管理与学风建设中发挥着不容忽视的作用,他们是贯彻落实学校各项措施的重要力量。但现今部分学生干部出现的逆反心理对工作产生了许多不利的影响,其原因有来自学生干部自身的,也有学校方面的,本文将主要从这两个方面提出解决途径。

The application of student codre of college is impotrant at daily management and academic discipline,thye are main strenth of implenent measure.But some student cadre appear converse psychnology in nowadays,the reasons come from the student cadre themselves and shool.This paper proposes two ways to solution the problem.
