羟基磷灰石微球力学性能表征方法的研究

摘要 羟基磷灰石块体材料的力学性能评价方法较为成熟,而有关小粒径羟基磷灰石颗粒力学性能的评价方法有待进一步研究。针对这一问题,提出采用磁力搅拌法破碎羟基磷灰石微球,通过比较试样破碎前后的粒径变化情况来表征羟基磷灰石微球的力学性能。选取利用离心干燥和喷雾干燥技术制备的两种HA微球为研究对象评价所设计方案的可行性,以期望为小粒径粉体材料的力学性能表征提供实验支撑和理论依据。结果表明所设计方案可行性较好,能够定性的评价羟基磷灰石微球的力学性能。 Compared with the matured evaluation method of bulk hydroxyapatite materials mechanical performance,the mechanical performance characterization methods of hydroxyapatite microspheres is still a topic for further study.One simple and feasible method used to characterize the mechanical performance of hydroxyapatite microspheres by magnetic stirring is suqqested.In this paper by comparing the change of the mean particle size before and after breaking,the mechanical performance of hydroxyapatite microspheres is characterized.Hydroxyapatite microspheres fabricated by centrifugal atomization and spray drying methods are selected to evaluate the feasibility of this method,with the hope of providing theory basis for mechanical performance characterization of powder materials.The results indicate that the designed method with better feasibility is able to qualify the evaluated mechanical performance of hydroxyapatite microspheres.
