传统德育注重灌输和说教,已经不适应新时期教育形势,也不合乎人才成长规律;充满人文精神的人文德育是引领学生完善自我、追求崇高精神境界、追求生命价值的德育选择。学校只有摆脱德育短视行为和德育功利主义,举起人文主义大旗,坚持人文德育人本化、人文德育生活化、人文德育课程化,德育工作才能取得实效。

The traditional moral education which lays stress on inculcation and preaching cannot adapt to the education circumstance in the new era and the law of talent development.Moral education with humanistic spirit is the best choice to guide students in perfecting themselves and pursuing the noble spirit and life value.Colleges should get rid of shortsighted action and utilitarianism in moral education,advocate humanism and insist on human-oriented moral education,humanistic education in life and curriculum.Only in this way,can moral education obtain actual effect.
