摘要
组织的文化理念设计与选择,需要与该组织的性质、功能相适应,并具备超越性和开放性。传统孝道是中国文化的重要内容,但它属于家庭这种血缘关系自然发生的组织内的伦理原则,其作用的发挥和维护依赖于熟人社会,它不能被无限制地推衍至其他领域。对于社会性的助老公益组织来说,选择孝道作为自己的文化理念是不适宜的,"孝行天下"难以实现。助老公益组织应以开放的眼光,汲取多方面的文化资源,形成自己的文化理念。
For an organization,the design and selection of its cultural concept should adapt to its nature and function,it should have transcendence and openness.The traditional filial piety is an important content of Chinese culture,but it belongs to the ethical principle that naturally works among the people by blood within a family organization.Both to conduct it and to maintain it rely on a circle of close people.People cannot boundlessly fulfill it to other circle.It is not appropriate for a public service organization for the aged to choose filial piety as its cultural concept.It is hard for people to conduct their filial piety to the world.The public service organizations for the aged should,with open eyes,absorb various cultural resources and form their own cultural concept.
