摘要
对1龄、2龄及3龄哲罗鱼肝脏、血液、鳃及肌肉等组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)及酸性磷酸酶(ACP)进行活性分析。结果表明,所检测组织中均有这4种酶存在,但不同组织表现出活性有所差异,AKP活性水平表现为鳃>肝脏>肌肉>血浆,ACP在各组织中的活性为鳃>肝脏>血浆>肌肉,CAT和SOD均在肝脏中表现为最高活性,实验发现各实验组不同组织中这4种酶的活性也表现出一定的差异性。
The fushi tarazu factor-1(FTZ-F1) is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily and originally found as a regulator of the Drosophila homeobox segmentation gene FTZ.Identified its homologs in many species play important roles in both steriodogenesis and sexual differentiation.Fish species are in special position in the evolution of vertebrate,and are the most distributed and varied species in vertebrates,and possess various biological characteristics and have great economic value.It is,therefore,significant to conduct the studies on the sex-determining mechanism of fishes.This paper mainly presented the research progress of sex related gene FTZ-F1 of fishes,the function during the embryonic development and sex reversal of fish,and the interaction between FTZ-F1 and the aromatase,which are helpful for studying the mechanism of sex determination in fish.
