大学生入党积极分子考察培养方式的存在问题与对策

Existing Problems and Countermeasures in the Inspection and Training of the Undergraduate Activists of Party Application

认真做好入党积极分子的培养、教育工作是做好发展党员工作的重要环节,是保证新党员质量的基础。现行大学生入党积极分子考察培养方式存在一些问题,如发展条件降低,发展程序缩水;联系培养形式化;衡量党员的标准有偏差;入党名额奖品化;理论学习形式比较单一等。解决的方法如下:一是健全组织机构;二是健全入党积极分子的考察机制;三是转换入党积极分子与入党联系人之间的关系;四是切实加强对在大学生中发展党员工作和大学生党支部建设的监督和领导;五是创新形式,丰富载体,提升理论学习效果。

The job of cultivating and educating the activist of Party application should be taken seriously,because it is one of the key links to foster Party members as well as the important foundation to ensure the quality of the new Party members.Nowadays,some problems still exist in the methods of inspection and training for the activists of Party application.First,there is a decrease in the requirements and procedures for Party member development.Second,some of the CPC members didn’t live up to the required quality.Third,the criteria are different in evaluating applicants.And what’s worst,there is a special bonus when the number of the applicants increase.Concerning all the problems mentioned above,we propose the following suggestions： firstly,the organization system should be perfected.Secondly,the quality of the activist’s materials should be carefully investigated.Thirdly,the leadership and supervision towards the Party member development and the construction of the student Party branch should be strengthened and attached great importance.And fourthly,Innovate forms,enrich the carrier and promote the effect of theory study.
