Positive Psychology in the Perspective of Happiness Education in Universities

在积极心理学思潮推动下，幸福心理学的科学研究正在兴起，让人生幸福成为教育的应然要求．本文从大学生的时代特点出发，探讨在高校实施幸福教育的意义，并指出高校实现幸福教育的路径；建构幸福知识体系；培养以幸福为目的的积极人格；提高大学生创造幸福的能力。

Under the promotion of positive psychology trend, research on happiness psychology is on the rise, so pursuing happiness in life ought to be education requirement. From the age characteristics of college students, we explore the significance of implementation of happiness education in colleges and universities, and point out the path in college happiness education： constructing happiness knowledge; developing a positive personality for the purpose of happiness; improving the ability of students to create happiness.
