摘要
原煤提升方式一般有箕斗提升、皮带提升、串车提升及水力提升,这几种提升方式各有利弊。在综合分析工程量、设备投资、提升运输量、适用范围等方面,水力提升有其优越性。水利提升主要适用于顶底板和夹矸泥化程度低、煤炭硬度较高不易泥化、垂直提升距离较大、原煤准备环节建设在井下、有配套选煤厂的矿井。
The raw coal hoisting way has skip hoisting,belt hoisting,car train hoisting generally and the hydraulic hoisting,these ways have advantages and disadvantages respectively.In comprehensive analyzing the aspects such as work amount,equipment investment,hoisting freight volume,applicable scope and so on,the hydraulic hoisting has its superiority.The hydraulic hoisting is mainly suitable for the mine which the argillization level of roof,floor and dirt band is low,coal hardness is high,the argillization is difficult,the vertical hoisting distance is larger,the raw coal preparation link construct in underground,have the supporting coal preparation plant.
