浅谈复杂巷道无极绳绞车的应用

煤矿井下采区内部斜巷运输一般使用调度绞车,人力、物力投入量大,且工作环节多、安全系数低、运输效率低。无极绳绞车运输可以解决运输距离长、巷道变坡多、运输环节多、安全系数和运输效率低的问题,但无极绳绞车对复杂条件的巷道适应能力差,通过优化的设计、安装和调试,在条件复杂的回风顺槽成功使用了无极绳绞车,实现了高效、安全、经济的斜巷运输。

The internal inclined roadway transportation of underground mining area in coal mine uses generally dispatching winch,the manpower,material resources inputs are great,and working link is many,the safe coefficient is low,the transport efficiency is low.The endless rope winch transportation can solve the problems,such as transport distance is long,the tunnel changing slope is many,transport link is many,safe coefficient and transport efficiency is low,but the adaptiveness of the endless rope winch is bad to complex tunnel,through optimizing design,installation and commissioning,in the complicated return-air gateway successfully uses endless rope winch and achieves efficient,safe,economic inclined roadway transportation.
