摘要
桑代克的联结理论对我国幼儿学习理论和教学理论有积极的指导作用,表现在幼儿学习目标、教学原则、师生角色以及教学方法等方面。学习和运用联结理论,对于有效地促进幼儿学习,提高幼儿教师的教学实践能力,具有重要意义。
The connection theory proposed by Thorndike,a famous American psychologist,exerts active guidance functions in promoting the development of young children learning and teaching theories in China,which are manifested in infants' learning objectives,teaching principles,the role of infants and teachers and teaching methods etc. It is of great significance to learn and apply the connection theory in promoting children's learning capability and improving preschool teachers' practical ability.
