快速城市化地区农户迁居意愿研究——基于“长株潭”城市群农户的问卷调查

Study of farmer immigration incentive in the area of rapid urbanization——Based on the survey of farmers in "ChangZhuTan"urbanization

快速城市化背景下的农户迁居意愿不仅对城市化进程的加快有重要的影响,而且对和谐社会的构建也起关键性的作用.以"长株潭"城市群内农户迁居意愿调查数据为支撑,采用受限制因变量二元logit模型对影响"长株潭"城市群内农户迁居意愿的因子进行研究.研究结论表明快速城市化地区农民迁居意愿受到了多方面、多层次因素的影响,其中,户主自身特征变量、现住房的面积、建成时间、住房所处的交通位置、住房的朝向、家庭宅基地数量以及交通的通达度等是影响农民迁居意愿的重要因子.

The living space changes of farmers not only play an important role in accelerating urbanization,but also affect the construction of harmonious society.Research was intend to,Which the relationship between kinds of factors and farmers incentive of immigration,which bases on data deriving from the survey completed in the ＂ChangZhuTan＂ urbanization,the limited logit model and binary dependent variable,using eviews6.0 software.The result indicates that the householder itself character,the area of house,the time,the location,the orientation and the traffic affects the decision of farmers immigration.
