快速老龄化背景下苏州市社区养老服务体系建设研究——以沧浪区“邻里情”虚拟养老院为例

Study on The Construction of Suzhou’s Community Support Services System in The Context of Rapid Aging——A Case of "Neighborhood Feelings" Virtual Nursing Home of CANGLANG District

随着人口老龄化程度的加深,老年人口的数量激增,传统的居家养老模式受到猛烈冲击,家庭赡养功能的日趋弱化,家庭养老越来越依托社区服务,逐渐向社区加居家养老模式过渡,因此在这种情况下,社区养老服务体系的构建成为社区建设中的当务之急。本文在结合调研结果的基础上,首先分析了苏州市社区养老服务的现状及存在问题,然后结合了沧浪区社区养老服务模式——＂邻里情＂虚拟养老院的有益实践,进而提出了关于苏州养老服务体系构建的几点思考建议。

With the deepening of the degree of population aging,the elderly population increasing,traditional home care model has been violently shaken,family support functions is weakened by degrees,so family support is more and more dependent on community service,and is transited to community home care model,therefore,the construction of Community Support Service System is a priority of community construction.This paper,based on the research,first analyzes the situation and problems of Suzhou＇s Community Support Services,then combines a good practice：CANGLANG District Community Support Services-＂neighborhood feelings＂ virtual nursing home,and put forward some relevant proposals.
