Child Poverty Measure in Western

未成年人贫困问题是西方社会福利研究的一个重要课题,对未成年人贫困内涵的界定存在从一维到多维,从生存到发展,从物质到权利的变化趋势,受此影响,对未成年人贫困的测度包括了家庭和未成年人个体两种分析单元,测度指标逐渐多元,表达形式则可以分为数量分析法、指数分析法、综合分析法三类,对于探索我国未成年人贫困问题研究及政策实践具有积极的借鉴意义。

Child poverty is an important issue in the study of social welfare in Western. There is a change trend of the definition of child poverty,from one-dimensional to multi-dimensional,from survival to development,from material to the right. Affected by this,there are two units of analysis for child poverty measure and the measurement indicators also multiplied. As to expression methods,there are three measurement approach,count measures,index measures and holistic measures. These researches have a positive reference for the research and policy practice of child poverty in China.
