摘要
番茄叶霉病是危害番茄生产的一种严重病害,也是生理小种分化最激烈的病害之一。为了能够有针对性地选择使用抗源,对叶霉病菌生理小种变化进行监测十分重要。2009年从东北三省采集分离得到番茄叶霉病菌,应用国际鉴别寄主进行叶霉病主流生理小种鉴定。在供试的42个菌株中,检测到的生理小种有1.2、1.2.3、1.2.3.4、1.2.4、1.3、1.3.4、1.4和2.3,其中主流小种为1.2.3.4。
Tomato leaf mold disease has become the main disease which threatens tomato's production,and also the physiological races of Fulvia fulva differentiate rapidly.In order to select and use the resistance of tomato leaf mold,it is important to monitor the variation of predominant physiological races of it.The physiological race of tomato leaf mold collected from the northeastern three provinces in 2009 and international differentials were used to identify the predominant physiological races.The results showed that eight different physiological races(1.2,1.2.3,1.2.3.4,1.2.4,1.3,1.3.4,1.4 and 2.3) were examined among the collected 42 pathogen strains.The predominant physiological race was 1.2.3.4.
