生态旅游扶贫开发的多元主体协同机制探讨——以兴国县天鹅湖社区为例

On the Multi-Subject Coordinating System to Alleviate Poverty Through Ecotourism——A Case Study of the Swan Lake Community in Xingguo County

由于多元主体的积极参与,生态旅游扶贫开发取得了明显成效,但开发主体之间互动整合不够,这种主体分散化的情况在实践中影响了生态旅游扶贫开发的协调开展。因此,有效实施生态旅游扶贫开发,不仅需要调动开发主体主动参与的意识和热情,而且要将他们有机整合,建立起高效灵活、保障有力的多元主体协同机制。构建生态旅游扶贫开发的多元主体协同机制,关键是要做好组织形式的有效建立、开发主体的角色定位和开发绩效的评估反馈等。

Thanks to the active involvement of various subjects,ecotourism has make apparent achievement in alleviating poverty.However,insufficient interaction and poor coordination between the developing subjects has weakened its role and function.To better fulfill the goal of alleviating poverty,it is necessary not only to enhance the enthusiasm of the subjects involved,but only to establish a flexible,efficient and adequately supported coordinating system.The key consists in establishing an efficient form of organization,precisely positioning of the subjects＇ roles and an effective evaluation and feedback system.
