Employment Adaptation and Intervention Commentary among Undergraduates

当今社会,高校毕业生的就业问题已成为家庭、学校和社会关注的焦点。大学生在求职过程中因为巨大的就业压力出现种种的心理问题,主要表现为情绪障碍、认知障碍以及社会心理障碍。对于大学生就业适应状况已有一些调查,但我国大学生就业危机的干预体系尚不完善。大学生要平稳度过就业阶段的过渡期,不仅需要大学生自身做出努力,同时,高校、社会、家庭以及朋辈辅导也起着关键作用。只有全面关注和重视,才可建立长期有效的就业危机干预体系。

Nowadays college undergraduates＇ employment has come to be the focus of family,school and society.Many students have developed various psychological problems because of employment pressure,which mainly involve mood disorder,cognitive impairment and social psychological barrier.Though many scholars have made much study and investigation about the colleges＇ adaptation of employment,there is still much room to improve for the undergraduates＇ employment intervention system about the psychological crisis.It not only requires the students to make their own efforts,but also the assistance of universities,society,family and peer,so that the students could get through the stage of employment more smoothly.The establishment of an effective intervention system needs full concern and attention.
