摘要
以对溴苯酚、3-氯-1-丙醇和甲基丁炔醇等为原料,通过Williamson和Sonogashina等反应合成4,4′-双(3-羟基丙氧基)二苯乙炔.用元素分析、IR和1HNMR等手段对产物的组成和结构进行了表征,并讨论了反应物用量、催化剂等因素对产率的影响.
4,4'-bis(3-hydroxyl propoxy)diphenylacetylene was synthesized from p-bromophenol,3-chloro-1-propanol and 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol via Williamson reaction,followed by Sonogashina C—C coupling reaction.The as-synthesized compound was characterized by using elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR.The solvets,catalyst dosage and the like were discussed as the factors that influenced the yield of the reaction products.
