The application of advanced controls in H2-making unit is introduced and the steady rate of critical process parameter-reformer hearth temperature-within ±5℃ is 87%;of fluctuation of water/carbon ratio within ±0.25 is 96.3%;of methane content within ±0.5% is 99.6% with the plant energy consumption reduction of 38041.86MJ/t.
