农民创业与企业家精神

On Farmer Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneur Spirit

与一般意义上的创业相比,由于创业主体的特殊性,农民创业具有自身的特点,因而理解农民创业中的企业家精神应该考虑到这些特点。文章在对农民创业特点分析的基础上,探讨了农民创业中的创新行为,进而分析了农民创业中的企业家精神。农民创业的企业家精神既体现在其对以前生产观念的创新,还体现在创业农民善于发现创业机会。

Compared to a general sense of entrepreneurship,farmer entrepreneurship has its own characteristics due to the particularity of the main body,which should be taken into account while understanding the entrepreneur spirit.Based on the analysis of characteristics of farmer entrepreneurship,the paper discusses farmers＇ innovation behaviors and then analyzes the spirits of farmer entrepreneurs,which manifest innovation of previous production concept and their being good at seeking the entrepreneurial opportunities as well.
